How it works
- Create folders and upload your files.
- Choose which groups see a folder, or leave it open to the whole choir.
- Ask members to acknowledge a document: the choir, a section or a group, by a date.
Under the hood
Members find the documents under Resources, read them in the app or download a copy. A folder inside a restricted folder keeps its parent's limits. When you replace a file, the new version goes back to its audience for acknowledgement, and the earlier sign-offs are kept with their dates. Only active members are asked.
