How it works
- On the event, open Places and start from the last layout at the same venue, another event, or an empty stage.
- Drag the singers onto the stage, by voice part, or lay a selection out as a line, a staggered line, a column or an arc.
- Publish: each singer sees their spot and their neighbors, and only the singers whose spot changed are notified.
Under the hood
The stage is drawn as the audience sees it, Wide, Standard or Deep, and positions are relative, so a layout reads the same on every screen. A song can have its own layout, with soloists and singers offstage for that song. When a placed singer stops attending, their spot stays empty and is flagged; nothing is reshuffled for you. Every change saves as a draft that singers do not see until you publish.
