- Save the places where the choir meets, with the address and the room.
- Add a rehearsal that repeats every week, or a concert, and pick its location.
- Follow who plans to attend. Cancel or postpone a date: it stays listed, marked as such.
Under the hood
Tounes creates every date of a repeating rehearsal up front, each as its own event: change one date, or that date and the ones after it, and the rest stay put. A cancelled or postponed date stays on members' calendars, marked as such. You also choose which kinds of content appear on members' Home.
