How it works
- Turn on accommodation in the event, with the number of people per room and a deadline.
- Members ask for a room alone or shared, with their arrival and departure dates, or say they need none.
- Roommates invite each other and confirm; you export the list as CSV for the hotel.
Under the hood
Tounes keeps each room within the size you set, even when two people accept at once, and a person is in one room only. Members see their own answer and roommates, never the others' dates. Answers close at your deadline, and you can still answer for anyone until the event. If the event moves, everyone with a request is told; if it is cancelled, the requests go too.
