How it works
- Create a task on an event, or give it its own deadline.
- Assign it to people, or ask for a number of volunteers.
- Follow who is on it and whose part is done.
Under the hood
On an event, a task is due when the event starts, or a set number of hours before. Members see only the tasks meant for them: their own, and the ones waiting for a volunteer. On a recurring rehearsal, each date gets its own task, and when an event is postponed, its tasks move with it.
