How it works
- In Manage, open Attendance and pick a season or your own dates.
- Each member shows a rate, and how many times they were present, absent or excused.
- Open a member to see every event, latest first, with the reason given for an absence.
Under the hood
The counts come from the presence that section leaders and directors record at each event. A late arrival counts as present. Excused absences are shown but do not lower the rate. Staff are not listed.
