How it works
- List the choir's gear and its storage places, with when each one can be opened: during events there, at set hours, or any time.
- The Director says what an event needs; the Equipment Manager picks who brings each item, or notes that the venue provides it or it is hired.
- Whoever brings an item is reminded before the pickup and sees it on Home; a missed pickup alerts the Equipment Manager.
Under the hood
Tounes works out each pickup and return from the storage place: the last event held there before the gig, its last opening, or any time. An item booked for two events in a row goes from one person to the next by handover, with no stop at storage, and the same item on two events at the same time is flagged. Each new list starts from the closest earlier one, so nobody retypes it. A pickup still not done near the end of its window sends an urgent notification, then alerts the Equipment Manager. Members who bring nothing see nothing.
In the app
The choir's gear, grouped by type, with where each item is now. Open an item to see its state, holders and history, or record a movement. Storage lists the venues where gear is kept and when they can be opened. The gear button sets the reminder timings.
