How it works
- Set the season's periods, rates and due dates.
- Record each payment as it comes in.
- Filter the list to the members who are unpaid, overdue or paid.
Under the hood
Every active member is assigned the default rate, and each payment settles the oldest due date first, so every due date shows where it stands. You apply your rule for members who leave mid-season. Members see their own dues, period by period, in the app.
In the app
The choir's dues by season. Each season holds periods, such as a fall session or a yearly membership, each with its rates and due dates. Every active member is assigned on the default rate.
Your dues for the season, period by period: what you owe, what you paid, what is left, and each due date with where it stands. Payments are recorded by your choir's treasurer; if one is missing, ask them.
